Carol Gerber has over 12 years of experience working on projects ranging from complete system overhauls to implementations of individual pieces of the software puzzle, always focusing on how the selection, configuration and implementation of any technology component will help the firm improve its delivery of legal services.

• Consulting with national and international law firms' IT, Training, Help Desk and Document Processing personnel to discuss attorneys' expectations for practicing with an iPad and resources available to help firms meet those expectations.
• Providing consulting services related to medium and large law firms' Windows and Office upgrades by leading and/or supporting project management efforts; streamlining communications among the upgrade team and with end users; leading testing efforts for Office and third party applications; and reviewing training materials and strategy for their relevance to attorneys.
• Leading the selection, testing and training efforts for a New York law firm’s implementation of automated time capture software.
• Managing the selection and implementation of a New York law firm's CRM system, including a sizeable data cleaning component, creating and conducting training for all staff and helping to establish data stewardship standards and procedures.
